Payment Methods

We accept many different payment methods from American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay

Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for processing of orders and an additional 5 -15 days for delivery times . Orders received after 5:00PM EST and on weekends will be processed the next business day. All orders are processed  by courier/postal method which includes tracking information.

REFUNDS

Apart from size exchanges and defective items, all sales are final, and no refunds are given.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I AM WHO I SAY I AM® honors exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for fit issues and defective items . Please notify us of these issues within 48 hours of receipt (tgoodz@iamwhoisayiam.co).  Items must be in new and unworn/unwashed condition, with original packaging, to be eligible for return and exchange. Refunds are not available for products after 7 business days.
